Upon plugging it, it vibrates briefly, then nothing. I tried different USB cables, all USB ports on my computer, but to no avail. I can't do any of that bc my controller doesn't even show up in the Device Manager, nor in the XBox Accessories app. Troubleshooting the usual way (common suggested steps to solve the issue) don't apply because they involve trying to update drivers etc. After upgrading to Windows 10 it stopped working. Until a few weeks ago I've used Windows 7 still and my controller was always working fine. My XBox One controller for PC (wired using the USB cable that came with it) won't be recognized by Windows 10 anymore. I've seen this issue a couple of times while searching on the Internet, but there's no real solution to my problem:
